    Product Description

  • Type A sprockets are the most basic form of sprocket one can order.
  • They have no center hubs for shaft mounting but instead offer a small pilot hole at their center to provide the machinist with options.
  • Smaller sprockets are hardened to Rockwell C35-50 standards.
  • Larger sprockets are hardened to Rockwell C25-40 standards.
  • The depth of hardness is highly monitored enabling proper hardness of the sprocket tooth's working area.
