Shipping

Currently we are striving to collect accurate weight information with regards to our current online product offerings. Therefore, please be advised that many items are without known or even correct weights. This lack of information hinders us from turning on our store "globally". If you are interested in purchasing product, contact our staff so we can post a current price on the web store as well as the correct shipping weights so online purchasing and delivery calculations will work properly. We have a contract freight rate negotiated with Loomis courier that is competitive. Our online payment portal is connected and working. Until the web store is further developed, this is how we will do business with many online items in the interim.

 

*NEW SHIPPING POLICY*

Due to fraudulent orders and stolen credit cards we are now refusing to ship orders that go from a billing house address to another shipping house address. Orders that are to a house address for billing, but to a business shipping address will still be acceptable.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
