    Product Description

  • Grizzly Tip® is exclusively available from BOSS/Dynaline. It has excellent self centering characteristics. The center split point starts the cutting with the two sides (tips of the flutes) following close behind it providing 4 cutting edges. This increases the speed and smoothness of the drill and hole
  • M35 is a high speed steel in the tungsten molybdenum series with 5% cobalt added. The additional cobalt increase heat resistance. The carbides in it are small and evenly distributed. It has high wear resistance. After heat treatment, its hardness is the same as T1, but its bending strength can reach 4700 MPa. It’s toughness and thermoplasticity are higher than T1 by 50%
  • The triangle shank is made by machining three flats on a round bar stock. It is intended as a minor modification of a straight shank, still allowing it to be held in a 3-jaw drill chuck, also allowing higher torque and and eliminating bit slippage
