Functions like an HO standard internal series ring in a housing/bore except the lugs are "reversed". This version reduces the distance the lugs project into the inner circumference of the housing/bore and allows for another assembly to pass through unimpeded

With regards to the HOI series retaining rings, only the black phosphate coated (HOI-PA) rings are listed in this database, however other finishes are available upon special request

(HOI-H) Stainless Steel - PH 15-7 Mo is an extra strength corrosion-resistant stainless steel, capable of preventing atmospheric oxidation at temperatures up to 900º F

(HOI-ZD) Yellow Zinc Dichromate - It affords the metal excellent salt spray protection (96 hours) and is particularly effective for applications exposed to seawater. This retaining rings zinc plated finish utilizes a mechanical plating process which effectively eliminates hydrogen embrittlement
