    Product Description

  • This single use brass crush sleeve is used for non DOT metal line installations only
  • Do not use Fairview 60-2 ~ 60-14 series brass compression sleeves on poly-lines. The sleeves will cock sideways under compression and cut into the poly-line damaging it
  • If a poly-line installation is required, please refer to the Fairview series 260-2 ~ 260-8 brass sleeves
  • If a DOT compliant installation is required, please use the Fairview 1400 series fittings
  • If you ever need to terminate and seal off of a compression fitting and do not have the correct fitting such as the Fairview 61CAP- series, you can use a suitably sized metalic ball bearing between the compression nut and fitting instead of the crush sleeve
