Duradized screws may not perform due to weather and surface breaches on wood not properly treated and sealed. The reinforced neck provides for increased driving torque. Screw threads include a cutting feature. This revolutionary "Sawtooth" thread requires less driving torque and outperforms traditional Type '17' thread cutting screws. This screw reduces splitting and results in greater holding power.
