  • There are a dozen or more designs of sanitary fittings that have been developed independently around the world. One of the most common in the Canadian market area is Clamp Fittings, also referred to as Tri-Clamp or Tri-Clover fittings, which use a clamp and a gasket to join two identical flange fittings. These sanitary clamp adapters are manufactured from Type 304 Stainless Steel and comply with 3-A Sanitary Standards (excluding G53M, G53F, and G53FS Pipe Adapters which do not comply with 3-A Sanitary Standards). Primarily found in breweries, wineries, and dairies, the easy-to-clean nature of these fittings makes them perfect for any sanitary application.
